2. Pouch Graphics
After quote approval, we will send you the size specific pouch graphics layout or .pdf download can be found here. The graphics will need to be in the proper size and format so your product will look good and process on the automated equipment.
3. Digital Proof and Product Specifications Approval.
We will send a digital print proof and pouch specification form for your approval before production.
4. Send Us Your Bulk Product.
Your product that will go into your new sample pouches will be received at our warehouse and then processed quickly.
5. Process Your Order.
After the materials have been received. We will process your pouches (pouch form-fill-seal) on our automated equipment.
Finished product is inspected and released for shipment.
Additional Assembly Services: We can place pouches into printed cartons, counter displays, IDC’s, poly bags, etc…
6. Receive Your Order.
We will ship your finished sample pouches via parcel or LTL freight.
